New issue out now

A new issue of the Nordic Fund Selection Journal has just arrived from the printers to the Tell Media Group headquarters in Uppsala Castle. In this issue, Danica Pension’s CIO Anders Svennesen talks about why he has reassessed his former belief in a passive benchmark portfolio and industry short-termism.

We’re also exposing gender inequality at the largest Nordic asset owners, taking a closer look at unconstrained bonds strategies and Tryg’s Kenneth Lillelund Winther explains why smart alpha is smarter than smart beta.

In addition to speaking to a few Nordic fund selectors about ESG considerations in the manager selection process, we’ve also ventured outside of the Nordics to speak to Dutch PGGM about reinventing impact investing for it to play by the rules of a large institutional player and the lessons learnt so far.
